Small for her age and fair haird like her sister, this little one is innocent as a child can get and doesnt understand what goes on, but notices the love and affection she has off her father and sister.
She looks up to her big sister and loves to play with her. She hears the stories of the wonderful white lady from her father, but to the 2 year old has yet to meet her, only in her dreams.
Not having hardly any women around her growing up, the baby becomes affectionet to the ladies in the boarding house expecailly Charlotte who is the first female in her life. She acts shy at first but soon is always wanting to be around her.
She is a very affectionate child who loves make-believe. But does have more fears and nightmares. She enjoys simple stories, songs and rhymes and can say some of the words back but they are mummble jummbled. Tilly enjoys looking at books, repeating words and talking.

Being the youngest she finds that she can get attention easily, expecailly from her big sister who is willing to play and help her.
Shes very much proctetive over his big sister and likes to follow her and copy her actions. Having an over protective father the young girl thrived on love and once knows people will be very affectionate towards them.
But now moving to CS where there are new people and new situtations the littlest Smith is getting to fitting around the strange place. She can walk up and down stairs by holding onto railings, walk without help, rolls large items, open cabinets and draws making her get into micheif and trouble. She very active and can be shy at times and has an allergiy to bees. She can get herself into situtations being at the troublesome age of 2.
