Behind the counter, Marcus glanced to Cloud Dancing. Loren was left for Denver, but not without give a list of duty to Marcus, including the indian trading to be. It was the first time that the young man had to talk with him.
Marcus: Good morning.

Marcus: I'm sorry, Mr. Bray is out of the town for few day, for the baby to come. Not his baby, but his friend Mr. Slicker baby. He left me a note for you.
The younger man tend the note to the indian, smiling acwardly - never been near an indian before.

Beatrice entered the general, followed by her two twins daughters. Evelyn and Eleanor jumped while walking and Evelyn knocked on Cloud Dancing.
Beatrice: Evelyn, pay more attention where you walk sweetheart.
The woman didn't know how to react - on a side she was annoyed about her daughter not look where she walk and knock into people, but on the other side, she wasn't sure how the indian would react to this.
She looked at her six years old daughter in her eyes, before look at Cloud Dancing.
Beatrice: Really sorry Sir. S-She didn't wanted to push you.
Bartlett put her hand on her daughter shoulder, while walked behind her. The little blond girl glanced up to the indian - she was impresionate, near scared.
Beatice: Evelyn?
Evelyn: I'm sorry.

Eleanor hidden herself behind her mother dress while glancing to her sister nervously. Evelyn finaly found Cloud Dancing amusing. Evelyn: Evelyn Bartlett. The little girl looked at her mother. Evelyn: Ma, can I be an indian too when I will be older? Beatrice: A-An indian? Evelyn, people not decide if they born indian or not. The mother fear about offended Cloud Dancing.

Evelyn grinned unsure while listen the indian, when she suddenyl walked behind her mother, side of her sister. She noticed Mrs. Robinsons entered the stores! Mrs. Robinsons took a deep breath when she noticed Cloud Dancond than turned to the counter and saw Marcus. Mrs. Robinson: I presume Mr. Bray isn't there today. She talked while looking at the indian with somw disgusting then noticed Mrs. Bartlett and sighed. Mrs. Robinsonst: Again alone Beatrice? When your husband will come back? 1 month or two? Do he will be there for the twin birthday or too busy like last year? You should fine someone more present, you enver know what it could happen so away from home... Mrs. Bartlett: Yes, Adam is working away... but he still working hard for our family... and I wouldn't want someone else, he is a good father for his kids and work hard for his family Mrs. Robinsons. Evelyn: Our father isn't always at the saloon for play poker! The little girl said quickly toward Mrs. Robinsons, on position of defensive while her sister whispered to Evelyn ears. Eleanor: Eve, you shouldn't said that!Mrs. Robinsons snotted to the Bartletts and turned toward the main door and decided to go take a coofee at the Grace Café. Mrs. Robinsons: I will come back when it will be more civilized here! What a shame, Mr. Bray will heard of me at his return! Evelyn: She is a witch, I'm sure!Eleanor: And now with your big tongue, she will curse us!

Beatrice: Girls, the witches doesn't exist. I don't know what your father or brother told you, but that is only story for scare the annoying children. But Evelyn turned toward Cloud Dancing, staying serious. Evelyn: Mrs. the indian. Do you know soemthing agianst witches curses? Beatrice: Eve! Did you heard what I told you? Mrs. Bartlett turned toward Cloud Dancing. Beatrice: Really sorry, sometime she is stubborn when she have something in her mind. Mrs. Bartlett made sign to her daughters to come near the counter while she made her order to Marcus. Evelyn: But ma... The little girl sighed sadly.
