Preston: Wov (to the horse)
Here we are! I must tell you, there isn’t a finer place in all of Colorado Springs, than this spot right here. I was so lucky to purchase this property seven years ago for an unbelievable bargain. But unfortunatly it took me three years to establish a home due to various difficulties. Well, that is past history, shall we see the looks of it inside?
(Preston, Annabelle followed by Albert, departed the carriage and walked up to the front door of the homestead. Preston hurried to get to the door first, so he could unlock and open the door for his guests. As they all went into the humongous building, Annabelle and Albert curiously looked around and was well comforted that this home indeed was proper and well furnished to the likes of a high class Bostonian home. As they proceeded into the dining room, Preston immediately went towards a white table with four matching chairs)
Preston: Please, have a seat. I’ll be right back, just need to get the tea. So please, feel free to make yourselves right at home. I won’t be long.
(He quickly left the room, exited of having guests in his homestead)
Albert can't hide his surprise of the result of Preston's homestead.
"As I can see in this house, the hotel would be perfect for you Annabelle." For tellt eh true, he didn't know if he tried to convince himself or his wife - but he was hoping the affair will be close soon.

(As Preston was talking, Annabelle managed to get the tea-set out of Preston’s hands, and began to pour the tea into three porcelain cups)
Preston: Well, if you insist.

If an item doesn’t have the quality, then there’s no point in purchasing it, or what is your point of view on this subject Albert?
(Preston quickly thought to himself that there were other subjects more important in this matter of time. He looked at Annabelle who had just taken her seat again and now holding a teacup in her hand.
