Dr. Cavendish: There are many factors to take in cnosideration. First things, we are in the middle f the nights people are usually sleeping, but sooner we could make the transfusion, more chance we will have for save Mr. Emerson. Annabelle tried desesperatly to listen carrefully everything. Dr. Cavendish: But we need at first his family autorisation for this kind of process. The success isn't guaranted, we not know a lot about why sometime it work, sometime not. Annabelle: And who do you suggest for that? Dr. Cavendish: We know that some patient and family are not agreed with this kind of pratice by sharing the blood of an unknow. When it is possible, we suggest a family member or a relative. This person shoudl be an adult and in good health. So Mrs. Emerson, do you give your agreement for the tranfusion for we can search for a donor sooner as possible? Annabelle: I... You are sure there is no other solution doctor? The woman was confused, she didn't wanted take a decision without have enought information for help her to believe in this pratice.

Preston went towards Annabelle and lowered his voice discretely in her direction.
Preston: Annabelle, I think the doctor is right. There is no other solution and this procedure should be acted out now. We have to try, for Albert’s sake. And with his strength, I know he’ll make it.

Laura put her hand on Annabelle shoulder. Laura was worried for her brother, but also for her best friend - she knew more than anybody how much she could feel at this time.
Laura: I could do it Annabelle.
Thank the lady turned toward the doctor.
Laura: If that is alright for you Doctor?
If she could do something for help her brother, she will do it. She thought on about how much she wished that Richard could have this opportunity few years ago.
